[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR
- The following are minimums required:
- Account set up: Require a total of 7 demand deposit accounts, 6 of these accounts will have checks drawn on it, remaining demand deposit account will not process checks, checking accounts will process approximately 100,000 payments annually, accounts are used to process payroll direct deposits and all accounts payable checks.
- Account collateralization: bank will pledge assets to secure the full amount of account balances less applicable insurance coverage, original safekeeping receipt from the third party disclosing details of pledged securities/bonds shall be held at the bank.
- Standard services: provide automated bank reconciliation files for all accounts within one business day following the statement cut off with online access to full account reconciliation reporting capabilities and positive pay notifications, automated fraud detection software, no minimum balance requirements, overdraft protection etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 27,2019
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
