Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Interface Development for Real Time Data Exchange.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interface development for real time data exchange to develop a real time integration between City works AMS and Cainta Utilities Customer information and Billing
System, consultant that is well versed in developing integration software applications utilizing the city works Application Programming interfaces and Software Development Kit. The consultant must also be well versed in developing integrations between Cityworks AMS and third-party applications using the external systems APls. CAW is particularly interested in a vendor who can offer creative, innovative approaches, with a proven track record integrating Cityworks AMS with a Customer information and Billing Systems, the vendor shall be responsible for the application development and coding associated with the City works side of the bi-directional interface, herein referred to as "the City works interface. The vendor shall provide all source code to CAW at the end of the project along with functional design documentation, user guide, and an administration guide. The source code shall contain detailed comments per code section. The source code must be editable in Microsoft Visual Studio. The vendor shall support three instances during the application life-cycle: Test, Train, and Production, responsible for hosting, installing, and configuring the C.U. and Cityworks AMS applications, will provide the vendor access to the servers hosting C.U. and Cityworks AMS via Virtual Private Network and Windows Server Remote Desktop Protocol, staff will be responsible for all Cityworks configuration that can be accomplished using Cityworks Designer i.e. configuring users, user security groups, work order templates, custom field templates, AMS panel XML configuration files, etc.,
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 25, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
