[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatrist services includes following to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
- Ability to evaluate clients, conduct physical examinations behaviour, review medical records and related documents select administer and interpret psychological tests order laboratory tests, and evaluation results
- Development of treatment plans by determining nature and extent of cognitive, emotional, developmental, social, and behavioral disorders, and establishing treatment goals and methodologies
- Treatment of clients utilizing psychotherapeutic methods and medications, discussing progress toward goals with clients, providing instructions, monitoring effect of medications; and supervising staff provision of services
- Maintenance of interdisciplinary treatment by reviewing treatment plans and progress, and consulting and collaborating with primary care physicians, mental health therapists, nurses, other health care providers, and vocational counsellors
- Maintenance of historical records by documenting: symptoms; medications; treatment events, and writing summaries
- Provision of a monthly invoice for the services rendered during the month to the medical director
- Availability of one day per week, up to 4 hours, per clinic.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than March 18, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
