Vendor needs to provide VOIP telephone system.
- Install call handling software on the servers
- Preferred 90-day project turn around
- Install Voicemail solution with mailbox licensing
- Add phones to the network
- Assign extensions to all phones and users   
- Prepare and design dial plan
- Configure VM for all users
- Configure extension mobility for users
- Configure all hunt groups, pilot points, dial patterns, transformation patterns to facilitate proper call routing
- Configure time of day routing for proper handling of inbound calls
- Configure default button template for each phone
- Provide user training
- Provide full documentation regarding all installed infrastructure, call routing, and other relevant passwords and installation criteria

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
