- 132 Beds: 36 x 80 minimum frame with 36 wood head board and footboards with at least 10 height adjustments without tools, bed pegs included for lofting and bunking capabilities
- All case goods must be high pressure laminate tops, pvc edge bands
- 132 Night stand and Pedestals: needs to include 1 shelf, approximately 17 wides, approximately 19 deep, and approximately 22 tall
- 132 Study tables: approximately 30 wides, approximately 24 deep and a height of 30
- 132 3-drawer chests: approximately 30 wides, approximately 24 deep and a height of 30
- 132 Wardrobes: approximately 36 wides, approximately 24 deep and a height of 72 with single rod
- 132 Chairs: 2 or 3 position style, removable upholstered seat cushion for easy cleaning or replacement dark blue in colour, contoured wooden back, one-piece side construction eliminates need for joints and components

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
