[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial budgeting, planning and management software for help our institution reduce manual processes and enhance the speed and depth of our analytic capabilities, ability for the system to be maintained and run primarily by finance staff, with minimal coding requirements, and minimal it intervention and support, support for initial implementation and project mapping, and ongoing technical support, ability to easily drill down through reports to source data, workflow management capabilities, ability for users to enter comments/explanations that flow with the data, ability to create assumption sheet/guidelines to develop multi-year forecasts, ability to manage multiple scenarios and conduct what if analyses.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 8, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
