Vendor needs to provide public relations and promotion placement services to provide personal services related to the placement of Public Relations and promotion materials. The District develops its own publicity and promotional messaging strategies, concepts, copy, and related support materials. The responsibility of the bidder will be to place these information products with local media. The delivery of schedules, media lists, media follow-ups and media tracking to measure effectiveness will be due in a timely manner upon provision by the District of specific direction.
