Vendor needs to provide media production services to provide personal services related to theplacement of media production. The District develops its own creative strategies, concepts, copy, and production design. The responsibility of the bidder will be to place these creative products for production. The delivery of layouts, storyboards, and art or production-value descriptions will be due in a timely manner upon provision by the District of specific direction.
