(1) Vendor needs to provide medical services including psychiatrist services to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
- Comprehensive vocational training to clients with disabilities, in order for clients to achieve competitive, integrated employment in their chosen fields.
- Medical services is a psychiatric clinic for clients who require evaluation, treatment, and/or coordination of care.
- The psychiatric clinic coordinates activities with the medical clinic, psychological services, and the clients’ primary care provider, as well as their vocational counsellor.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than February 14, 2019
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
