(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning agent services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Develop commissioning specifications for the proposed commissioned systems and develop an overall comprehensive commissioning plan– Conduct controls sequencing meetings with the design team– Controls design and provide comments and support for design of the graphic displays– Provide professional consulting services as a commissioning agent for HVAC, building automation systems, emergency power and support, normal power, lighting controls, and integration systems and equipment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2024.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2024.
