(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant for professional services related to inflation reduction act section 48/48e investment tax credits to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Must assist in calculating and documenting Domestic Content Analysis– Calculating the Investment Tax Credit and completing pre–filing registration– Project closeout and filing the relevant federal tax return forms– Compliance tracking and reporting, if requested by the Airport(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2024.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2024.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
