(1) Vendor needs to provide plan administration system and related services.– Technology provider with experience working with member administration, customer relations, accounting, medical claims data, and pharmacy claims to implement a Plan Administration System and provide related services.– Technology Stack– Provide a profile mechanism so that when the HIR calls in, claims and reviews they submitted are connected to them easily– The system demographic notes must be simple and easy to translate– The system shall handle file creation and transfers to the IRS and different vendors, including the resubmission of any corrected files– The system must have the capability to remove tasks that are no longer used– Ability for end–users to run ad–hoc reports– Ability to process multiple cash streams and bank accounts(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
