(1) Vendor needs to provide city works consultant services.– On–call support for city works system errors and issues.– Assisting with city works system version upgrades.– Configuring new asset types, work orders, inspections and service requests.– Assisting with the creation of new GIS data for use as assets inside city works.– Support city works system expansion to other divisions in the city via separately quoted implementation projects (project–based pricing).– Making modifications and improvements to reports and data management.– User and role permission configuration changes.– Import and Export of data (city works information, GIS data, etc.).– Updates to existing configurations and forms.– Configuring custom reports in crystal reports and ArcGIS Dashboards.– City works Integration support for future city 311 app/system.– On–site and remote training and staff deployment support.– Support for onboarding new city contractors, including training and form and dashboard configuration as well as limited QAQC of data entry as requested.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 05, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
