(1) Vendor needs to provide blank traffic signs services.– Processing of flat sheet aluminium sign blanks to which a chemical conversion treatment coating has been applied– Aluminium sign blanks will be fabricated and furnished– The chemical conversion coating to be employed in the preparation of aluminium sign blanks– The chemical conversion treatment shall produce a light, tight, iridescent yellowish coating, completely free of powdery residue– Chemical conversion treatment shall not only provide a satisfactory basis for pressure sensitive or heat activated reflective sheeting but shall also impart increased corrosion resistance.– Fabrication: blanks shall be a continuous section of the length, width and thickness, with required mounting holes.– All 125–gauge blanks will not have holes.– All 080–gauge blanks will have 3/8” holes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 04, 2024
