(1) Vendor needs to provide telephonic nurse triage services.– The vendor shall provide a 24/7/365 toll–free nurse call line.– The line shall be answered within five rings and shall not remain on hold before speaking with a nurse for less than two minutes.– The vendor shall have a trained nurse immediately available to answer calls.– The vendor shall report all incidents and statuses in a timely manner.– The vendor shall provide follow–up calls for employees referred to the emergency rooms.– The vendor shall provide for real time on–line viewing by the city administrator to claims system information.– The vendor shall provide first aid coaching, recommendations, or escalations.– The vendor shall provide email alerts and updates to the city.(2) Contract period will be for one year.
