(1) Vendor needs to provide energy project legal services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Provide representation and advice to the City throughout the life of an energy savings and clean energy project.
- Provide representation and advice during the procurement, management, implementation, and operation of the project.
- Be available to attend all legal proceedings related to an energy savings and clean energy project, whether on regularly scheduled or special meeting duties.
- Be available to provide information and advice as requested to the Office of Executive Administration, Department of Public Works, Sustainability Office, and other city staff outside of regular meeting sessions.
- Provide representation and advice to City management regarding relevant changes in rules, regulations, and laws related to energy savings and clean energy projects which could also include actions by the Public Service Commission.
- Provide understanding of state and local energy regulations, Public Service Commission rules and regulations, federal laws and their impact on energy savings and clean energy projects, and other relevant legal issues.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
