(1) Vendor needs to provide owners representative services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- For professional representation and advice to City staff through the procurement, management, and implementation of energy savings and clean energy projects while acting as a Third-Party Owner's Representative.
- Be available for all relevant contracting, negotiations, and other relevant meetings.
- Have timely communications when advice or counsel were requested.
- Be reliable with submitting monthly invoices that detail the case, daily list of hours worked, and the professional engineer, attorney or other staff performing the work.
- Be able to communicate and explain complicated concepts to City stakeholders, City staff, and City decision-makers.
- Be available and willing to work with City staff on best practices for selecting, maintaining, servicing, and maximizing efficiency of energy savings equipment and clean energy projects.
- Comfortable facilitating training between a vendor and City staff for training purposes.
- Comfortable problem-solving and making informed recommendations to City staff when challenges occur.
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
