[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation technology equipment and software suite for 130 busses to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.
a. Monitoring cameras
- Four interior cameras with video and audio
- Two exterior cameras with video
b. Ridership software that tracks which students have entered and exited the bus
c. Driver dashboard display that includes:
- Pre and post‐trip checklist
- Student picture and name upon entry and exit
- Accessibility to any route  
- Turn by turn route navigation
d. Transportation director dashboard that includes:
- Fleet tracking with real‐time GPS location and speed
- Real‐time student roster on each bus
- Ability to broadcast audio on bus
e. Wi‐Fi for riders
f. Phone application for parents that notifies when:
- Bus is near
- Child boards or gets off bus
- A message has been sent from transportation department  
(2) Contract term will be five years.
