[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software for creation, development, training, print, bind, and deliver yearbooks.
- Shall detail marketing support offered to schools to assist in yearbook and advertising sales increases. Such support may include, but is not limited to, direct marketing programs, online ordering portals, print and mail sale fliers to parents, and special programs to boost sales to target audiences such as senior students.
(2) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
