[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental professional services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- A Brownfield is a property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant,
- Brownfields Program is designed to empower states, communities, and other stakeholders in economic redevelopment to work together in a timely manner to prevent, assess, safely clean up, and sustainably reuse brownfields,
- Because concerns about future environmental risks and liability can hinder redevelopment, the County Brownfields seeks to minimize the uncertainty surrounding actual or perceived contamination associated with these brownfield sites,
- Experience with EPA funded brownfield assessment activities,
- Provides project management and community outreach services,
- Conducting ASTM E1527-13 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments,
- Review of brownfield activities and deliverables,
- Supporting the resolution of any environmental site risks,
- Preparing an inventory of potential brownfield sites within County,
- Development of clean-up plans,
- Submittal of monthly written updates of brownfield sites assessed,
- Travel maybe required to brownfield project sites within County,
- Reports to County Brownfield Program Administrator.
(2) A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on October 14, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
