[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide certified mailer services
1. to affix the USPS certified mail number to the individual notices during printing and provide a hardcopy of the notice (with the number attached) to the City along with an electronic listing of the record with certified mail number.
2. to print the notice (with the number attached) fold, stuff, affix postage and mail through the USPS RRE service.
3. to capture the electronic ‘PDF’ documents, sort into sequence, print and deliver hardcopy of the ‘PDF’ to the City along with an electronic copy.
- To have a streamlined system and process to inform citizens who are the last known registered owners of vehicle(s) that are in the possession of the City of Little Rock Vehicle Services Impound.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
