(1) Vendor needs to provide public policy consultant service for identify the steps necessary to evaluate and identify areas of benefit, as well as determine possible issues and concerns, identify stakeholders that can play an important role, and determine the best contacts and partners to help guide policy through the appropriate process to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.

- assist with strategy and policy development, including planning how to develop, draft, and prepare for enactment of policy.
- Supporting the development and implementation of advocacy strategies and work plans.
- Drafting a strategic plan for successful policy implementation and achieving the desired outcomes
- develop and recommend strategies and/or policy revisions based on enacted legislation.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 7, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
