(1) Vendor needs to provide records digitization services to pick up and convert boxes of documents and maps/tubes of drawings.
- Requirement includes pick-up of all boxes, tubes of drawings, scanning documents, removing staples, indexing scanned document files located on DVD's, conducting quality assurance inspecting and editing to ensure exact match of scanned images, and ensuring destruction of contents of boxes except those marked to return and not destroy.
(2) This bid is a set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program.
(3) An organized site visit is scheduled for September 09, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
