Vendor needs to provide personal services related to the placement of public relations and promotion materials to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- District develops its own publicity and promotional messaging strategies, concepts, copy, and related support materials. the responsibility of the bidder will be to place these information products with local media. the delivery of schedules, media lists, media follow-ups and media tracking to measure effectiveness will be due in a timely manner upon provision by the district of specific direction (see #6, below). media recommended by the chosen personal services contractor will be judged and approved based on the appropriateness of the target audience selected for the publicity or promotional information.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
