Vendor needs to provide personal services related to the placement of placement of media production to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- District develops its own creative strategies, concepts, copy, and production design, the responsibility of the bidder will be to place these creative products for production. the delivery of layouts, storyboards, and art or production-value descriptions will be due in a timely manner
upon provision by the district of specific direction (see #6, below). production houses recommended by the chosen personal services contractor will be judged and approved based on relevant experience, performance, creativity, cost and delivery.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
