Vendor needs to provide personal services related to the placement of digital media production to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- District has its own website and social media accounts, and develops its own creative strategies, concepts, copy for posts and blogs, videos, and miscellaneous support materials and suggested links. the responsibility of the bidder will be to place this content in the appropriate online media, including paid-weight media in support of a specific project or program. the delivery content schedules will be due in a timely manner upon provision by the district of specific direction (see #6, below). digital media, including paid-weight media, recommended by the chosen personal services contractor will be judged and approved based on relevant experience, performance, creativity, cost and delivery.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
