(1) Vendor needs to provide outsource exit interview management and administration services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
• Provide total management and administration
• Provide valuable feedback from exiting employees
• Provide metrics to improve engagement, performance, recruitment and retention
- Deliverables would include the following:
• 24/7 access via – mobile or website
• 24/7 access to run reports to include adhoc reports
• System navigation ease for employees
• Real time feedback
• Proactive options to contact employees – website, mail, phone call, email
• On demand consulting
• An effective communication strategy that will help increase transparency of the new process
• A training program for the Office of Human Resources and campus managers
• Recommendations and supporting resources/materials for transitioning to vendor management and administration.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
