[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide personal services related to the placement of local media placement to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- District develops its own creative strategies, concepts, copy, and production design. the resulting creative product will then be placed in media for public consumption. the responsibility of the bidder will be to place these creative products in the appropriate media outlets, based on specified target audiences. the delivery of media schedules will be due in a timely manner upon provision by the district of specific direction (see #6, below). media recommended by the chosen personal services contractor will be judged and approved based on relevance, performance, cost and delivery of target audience.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
