[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call architect services for the university of community college, provide as-needed professional design services for various maintenance or minor renovation projects to the government authority located in Hope, AR.
- Required to support the efforts in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates perform field investigations and constructability analysis, may be required to provide emergency services on short notice and within a tight time schedule.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 2, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.
