Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for financial audit services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial audit services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Annual financial audit: the respondent shall render the auditor’s report on the basic financial statements including a full accounting of the airport’s financial position, also apply limited audit
procedures to support the management’s discussion and analysis and required supplementary information pertaining to the airport’s financials,
- Single Audit: include appropriate schedule of expenditures of federal awards, footnotes, findings and questioned costs, including reportable conditions and material weaknesses, and follow up on prior audit findings where required,
- Management letter: issue a separate management letter that includes recommendations for improvements in internal control, accounting procedures and other significant observations that are considered to be non-reportable conditions,
- Passenger facility charge audit: should be reported separately and presented in coordination with the annual financial audit,
- Rebatable arbitrage report and Ad Hoc tasks.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on July 23, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
