[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment and search firm services for senior level airport recruiting and placement to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Set meetings with the Commission, its Personnel Committee, the Director of Human Resources or other stakeholders as required to understand and refine the goals and objectives of the specific assignment
- Assist in development of a candidate profile and recruiting strategy, recommend appropriate advertising venues and manage the process
- Consult with the Commission on position salary and benefits bringing current knowledge of market conditions
- Receive and screen all resumes, perform appropriate interviews insuring candidates meet
minimum qualifications, conduct in-depth reference checks to include educational background, employment record, and other pertinent factors.
- Work with the Commission to prepare potential interview questions and offer suggestions on panel make-up
- Work with Staff to co-ordinate candidate schedules and travel arrangements
- Assist the Director – Human Resources with compensation and benefit negotiations
- Advise the Commission of other pertinent services or important steps in the recruitment process
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
