[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic bidding solution for allow users to create, publish, and manage all solicitation types, allow users to upload and store multiple boilerplate/standard documents as templates, allow users to upload multiple documents/attachments for a solicitation, ability to create customized line-items for each solicitation, allow for the advertisement of solicitations to potential bidders, allow the public agency to assign a bid number to each solicitation, ability to edit and delete bids prior to release, ability to download and print all solicitation documents, ability to amend the solicitation and create addenda, allow bidders to revise bids up to the bid closure date and time, allow for the cancellation of a solicitation prior, allow for electronic or wet signature, allow specific users to track number of bids submitted prior to bid opening, track email notifications by demographic, allow vendors to register based on commodity/service criteria established by the public agency, maintain unique username and password for each public agency user, ability to define workflow rules and approvals within the solution, allow each public agency the ability to maintain and assign user roles and allow the public agency access to all records for that agency.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
