Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services including physician services, nursing services, mental health services, dental services, pharmaceuticals, off-site medical service management, laboratory, x-ray, medical supplies, medical records management, and management services to include litigation services to the government authority located in Fort Smith, AR.
- To operate the health care program using only licensed, certified, and/or professionally trained personnel
- To implement a written health care plan with clear policies and procedures
- To operate the health care program in a cost-effective manner with full reporting and accountability

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
