[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide master developer services to rehabilitate, relocate and build new, or demolish more than 500 public housing units using a variety of funding sources and financial arrangements under the department of housing and urban development rental assistance demonstration program to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Provide architectural and engineering designs
- Prepare all rental assistance demonstration implementation documents provide implementation assistance
- Provide related legal services as requested
- Prepare funding requests including, but not limited to: energy grants, tax credits, home funds, funds, federal home loan bank, or rural development insured loans or tax-exempt bonds, conventional loans, state housing development fund
- Obtain required approvals and letters of support from units of local government
- Obtain required construction, demolition and other permits
- Demolish old public housing units where appropriate
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
