[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Routinely sweep, dust mop or wet mop all hard surface floors including picking up litter in interior common areas, buff floors as needed
- Vacuum and spot clean all carpeted areas, including carpeted or fabric wall surfaces or office modular partitions
- Empty all trash cans daily and replace trash liner and place bagged trash within the designated outside dumpster
- Replace, as needed, all urinal blocks, toilet blocks, canned air freshener and chemicals
- Completely clean, on a daily basis, all laundry rooms, including sweeping and mopping floors, dusting the exterior of lockers, cleaning all outside surfaces of washers and dryers, including the inside of the lids; wiping down the interior and exterior of all doors, cleaning all sinks, cleaning the interior and exterior of windows and seals
- Quarterly steam cleaning of all common area and high-traffic area carpet, semi-annual steam cleaning of all other non-high-traffic carpeted areas
- Remove from unit all trash and debris
- Clean and wash all sinks, bathtubs; showers, plumbing fixtures, and tub and shower enclosures
- Clean all storage and water heater rooms of debris, including sweeping out and wiping down shelves and water heater
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on March 14, 2019.
