[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security video management software replace existing video management system, capacity and flexibility to support the needs for the foreseeable future without the need for ongoing vendor customization and configuration, ensure the timely implementation, use and maintenance of the proposed system, maintain data integrity and identify a configuration capable of disaster recovery, support and upgrades must minimize down time and impact to technical staff and implemented solution, red lines and mappings of cameras at each site and an overall diagram of the network installation by site to the government authority located in Palmer, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
