The project consists of all programmable logic controllers and updates to SCADA for the rogers pollution control facility located. The work to be included under this section shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and incidentals necessary for the installation, programming, and testing of existing process and analytical equipment.
