[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide neurology services;
- Evaluation of 10 to 12 residents per day served by who are being considered for neurological medication or who have a neurological disorder or other neurological concerns and as ordered by the primary care physician as scheduled by medical transportation staff.
- Evaluation of 10 to 12 residents per day served by for possible anti-epileptic drugs edication adjustments as scheduled by medical transportation staff.
- Routine medication checks, annually or more often as referred by the PCP, for residents who are receiving neurological medications
- Neurologist shall order electroencephalogram, magnetic resonance imaging and computerized axial tomography scans, the hospital shall read them to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
