[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide conference room audiovisual upgrade supplies including a new WUXGA projector, appropriate lens, new motorized front projection screen, two (2) 32 INCH wall-mounted monitors, a matrix switcher, and a smaller desktop confidence monitor located on the lectern.
- audio will be free from buzz or hum. audio system will incorporate at minimum a single
channel 31 band equalizer on main outputs. a compressor and gate will be incorporated on all
microphone channels. speaker system will be tuned to provide optimal, intelligible sound coverage for the entire room.
- Teleconferencing system will be provided and interface with the current analog phone system but will be capable of upgrade to voice over IP teleconferencing system will employ existing in-ceiling
speakers and existing in-ceiling microphones. existing in-ceiling microphones are button style
boundary microphones. eight (8) microphones exist and are installed into drop ceiling tiles. these
microphones require 8 - 52V phantom power each, etc. to the government authority located in Napa, CA.
(2) This bid set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
