[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and public relations services.
• to develop a strategic public relations plan in conjunction with the evolving strategic marketing plan.
• Provide ongoing planning and consultation to leadership and attend meetings representatives.
• media outlets to achieve the positioning desired.
• to create positive media impressions to assist in elevating the overall image of as a technology hub.
• Research and monitor the Technology Park-owned channels and recommend posts, news releases, etc. to be uploaded by the staff and potentially be included in various economic development related publications (both digital and traditional).
• social media and traditional media.
• Create a list of speaking points.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 28, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
