[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive performance-based certification system for certify principals who meet all requirements, conduct site visit, refine the certification system and summarize and share the result of the designation process.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal tele-conference will be held on March 27, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 3, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
