[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide identification card system security of the data, strong security features
on the card, and a secure database, track all edits made to a record, not just the most recent change, able to filter data by any of the stored data fields, able to capture a digital signature and print the signature on the card, able to add an unlimited number of additional concurrent user licenses, ability to create user groups; assign/remove users to groups, temporarily block users, hide functionality for groups, hide database information for groups, users .
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
