[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design, market and manage restaurant month services to creating a campaign to engage residents and visitors to explore Restaurants and prepared food establishments and celebrate the food and dining scene.
- Create a of Restaurant Month campaign to increase visitors to area restaurants and promote the food & dining scene.
- Create full advertising plan, as well as media and PR campaign surrounding the event.
- Solicit and secure restaurant participation*. Base level participation must be
complementary for all restaurants.
- Provide copywriting and editorial services for the campaign.
- Develop and distribute press releases and media advisories.
- Work with LRCVB team to coordinate social media promotions to complement traditional
PR efforts, and include measurement.
- Provide graphics, advertising and digital artwork for the campaign.
- Provide management of PR/media campaign surrounding the event, including planning
and coordinating press conferences, developing story pitches for media interviews, and
providing media preparation for in-studio and remote interview opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and compile data of media coverage, restaurant participation
and any feedback following the campaign to help LRCVB assess the impact of the
campaign.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
