(1) Vendor needs to provide international student insurance and study abroad insurance services to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.– Provide insurance international students and study abroad participants to ensure the college provides the highest level of service to our students, faculty, staff, and participants in these two programs.– Comprehensive medical coverage, including doctor visits, hospitalizations, prescriptions, immunizations and emergency care.– Minimum requirements: have been established for 5 years and worked with comparably sized community colleges– Medical coverage for illness and injury while traveling.– 24/7 worldwide assistance services, including emergency medical referrals, legal assistance, and translation support.– Emergency evacuation and repatriation services in case of medical or security emergencies.– Accidental death and dismemberment benefits.– Preventative care and mental health services to support student well–being.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for seven years.
