(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Management Service and Solution to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Obtain pricing and a contract for a 36–month document management service.– Solution is browser–based and accessible on a desktop, tablet or smartphone. A dependency on java or flash is not anywhere in the application.– Solution provides a simple, user–friendly process for storing and accessing documents.– Solution provides the ability to create multiple document types and organize the files in a secure manner that is easily searchable.– Capture and index documents in large quantities.– Solution allows integration with the Jenzabar One student information system for pre–population of data with in e –forms, as well as the writing back of data collected through e–forms.– Solution allows the ability for workflows to cross departmental boundaries.– Solution provides automated digital workflows to route documents for review and approval.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 9,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
