The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned P&DC 1000 Centre Way, Charleston, WV 25309–9426, Kanawha County. Please see attached Summary of Work.The estimated cost of the work is between $7,000,000.00 – $7,500,000.00; with construction completion no later than (270) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will open 1.17.2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on 2.17.2025.A pre–proposal meeting for this project will be held on 2.5.2025 at 1030A.
