Vendor needs to provide coaching capability and cultural consultant service to the government authority located in Arkansas.• Building an internal faculty coach.• An individual staff coaching solution to address gaps identified through the assessments e.g. self–awareness for senior leaders and managers/supervisors as Coaches.• The process for workplace coaching operationalization.• Method for selecting workplace coaches.• Demonstrate availability and share profiles of individual coaches in your coaching panel for use by our select staff as found relevant to the individual staff needs; These coaches will be engaged on a need basis, to join our on–going pool of coaches available to staff to select in the coaching programme for one–on–one Individual or group coaching.• Building Self–awareness on Unconscious Bias– Provide solutions to aid programme participants.• Diversity, Equity, Inclusiveness and Belonging (DEIB) as a core transformation lever and positive and negative behavioral indicators
