(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cabot, AR.– Sweep and mop all hard surface floors. – Vacuum all carpet flooring.– Clean and sanitize all sinks.– Clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets– Clean and sanitize all countertops.– Clean and sanitize all drawer and door fronts and handles.– Clean and sanitize typical use areas of appliances.– In all open areas: wipe down surfaces and fronts of desks, cabinets, etc.– In offices: wipe down surfaces, as allowed by occupant. (2) A Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 31,2025.
