(1) Vendor needs to provide cost of rate study service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– To calculate the solid waste fees and user charges required to adequately recover the costs of providing solid waste and recycling services.    – Evaluation of Current Operations and Finances.– Survey of comparable solid waste rates and facilities.– Resident engagement survey and analysis.– Developed cost of service analysis.– Develop cost of services rate estimation model.– Develop recommendations for solid waste rate schedule.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 07, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
