(1) Vendor needs to provide proctoring solution.– The proposed system must be compatible with all current Windows and OSX Operating systems, as well as Windows, IOS, and Android mobile devices– The proposed system must support SSO for authentication Vendor must provide 24/7 registration and tech support for students, instructors, and administration.– Solution must be entirely browser based and support all current versions of popular web browsers– Solution must have the ability to customize the login page and additional pages as necessary– Solution must include ease of use, seamless virtual process from first point of contact through completion– Solution may include adaptive AI monitoring, but live proctor intervention must be available during proctored sessions to intervene in the event of suspect academic misconduct– Application Web Interface for Technicians, Admins, Faculty and Students– Vendor must provide Real–time reporting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
